Akili Foundation undertook data collection for impact evaluation designed to rigorously measure the effectiveness of two skill promoting programs implemented as part of GIZ/ E4D/SOGA program in Uganda. The projects were Read to Work (RtW) and Skills for Construction (S4C in Packwach and Kampala districts of Uganda. The surveys were conducted by use of Mobile phone devices using SurveyCTO.
